AVOCADO BAR
Avocado halves surrounded by fresh toppings including, salsa, red onion, cheeses, chopped tomatoes, freshly ground pepper and sea salt. Served in a bamboo boat.
ASIAN NOODLE STATION
Loaded with flavor and action. Guests choose their noodle and pick their accompaniments our attendant does the rest. Items include snap peas, julienne peppers, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, spring onions shrimp and chicken.
CROSTINI BAR
Almost limitless fun toppings such as our house-made goat cheese spread, chopped roasted red pepper, savory and sweet jams, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped tomatoes and basil. Add toasted baguette slices and let the fun begin.
CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE BAR
Depending on your preferences this bar presents a sampling of domestic and international cheeses, accompanied with dried fruit, Marcona almonds, grapes, bread and crackers, and meats that are smoked, or cured. Perfect for intimate gatherings as well as larger crowds.
GRILL STATION
A fun station for an outdoor event. Guests enjoy your choice of vegetables, meats or kabobs straight-off the grill and served with a variety of sauces. Try combining this station with our slider station for a different twist.
SEAFOOD BAR
Market fresh shrimp, snow crab claws, clams and oysters beautifully displayed on a bed of crushed ice, garnished with cocktail sauce, Louisiana hot Sauce, horseradish, lemon wedges and crackers.
SLIDER STATION
Starting with small patties of perfectly grilled ground beef, lamb or even chicken guests can build their own flavorful sliders. Various toppings can take these sliders from an All-American taste to exotic cuisine.
GARDEN BAR
Fresh and delicious. Guests love building their own pallet pleasing salads. A variety of lettuce and toppings such as seasonal berries, caramelized nuts, shredded cheeses and of course sliced fresh veggies. All enhanced by an assortment of dressings. Our housemade ranch dressing is always a favorite.

PASTA STATION
Cavatappi or Rotini cooked and seasoned to perfection. Your guests will be able to select their sauce for their pasta and accompanied items such as diced grilled chicken, medallions of Italian sausage, seared shrimp, and prepared vegetables. Then our Chef will mix and served it to them. Although an attendant is preferred, this station can be modified for self service.
MASHED POTATO BAR
Guests use our delicious house-made mashed Russet potatoes as a base, and choose from a display of toppings, served in your choice of martini glasses or bowls. A sample of our toppings include crumbled Hickory bacon, sour cream, chopped scallions, sautéed mushrooms, whipped butter, caramelized onions
As a seasonal variation or give your bar another dimension try adding mashed sweet potato with streusel topping, whipped cinnamon butter, roasted chopped pecans or marshmallow crème
MAC N’ CHEESE STATION
The perfect station choice for all ages. This buffet-style bar offers guests a variety of cheesy flavors that can include cheddar mac, truffle mac, lobster mac and white cheddar mac. Topping include crumbled Hickory bacon, brisket, sour cream, toasted panko, scallions.
